All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally using reliable carriers. Standard shipping times vary between 3–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Grandeur The Label is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance delays.

Returns & Exchanges
​
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once hair has been shipped. Please double-check your order before checking out.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grandeurthelabel.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order will already be processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
